Someone, Somewhere

9 Feb

some photos from the past few weeks:

Cibo lunch

a sugar skull charm i strung together with a religious pendant from Israel

my mom thought it was time for me to start wearing a watch, so she gave me this lovely Cartier that my dad got her back when they were still in college. she said it was one of the first things he ever gave her. things with little histories like this make me very happy.

‘mega galette’ w/ homemade sausage & mustard from Salcedo Market

wagyu burger at Malcolm’s

bike shop at The Collective

i’m strikingly like my mom in that i think a fruit smoothie is the solution to everything.

kiddie parties

chuck sent me this ring from Singapore : )

i’m waiting for a good time to wear it though cos i already have a little box of broken, snapped rings and this one is just too precarious for words. you can find it at l’ile aux ashby.

my cousin and i went to Ronac Art Center yesterday afternoon to return some shirts from a shoot. spotted posters by JP Cuison at Secret Fresh. i think his work is so great, tbh. it’s really inspiring.

after the returns we stopped by Charlie’s Grind and Grill for a bite

black angus burger w/ sweet potato friesss

i don’t think there’s any appropriate way to segue into pictures of dead moths, so…

all i can think about lately is OSAKAAAAAAAA

I just have to tell you that I love that dusty pink nail polish!! And my mom also passed on her old rolex to me recently. It’s so special to have something like that 🙂 I know exactly how you feel!
